Rates
From June 18 until August 13 we rent Saturday to Saturday by the week only, off season has an option to stay a 3-night minimum. The Founder's Cottage rents weekly throughout the year. Our rate schedule is based upon:
- a two person occupancy in the two bedroom Seasonal Cottages
- up to four people in the three bedroom Seasonal Cottage
- up to four people in the Founder's Cottage.
For additional people in all cottages please add $50.00 per person to the weekly rate or $10.00 nightly per person. The two bedroom Seasonal Cottages sleep four people maximum. The three bedroom Seasonal Cottage sleeps six people maximum. Founder's Cottage has beds for four and two cots, six people maximum.
Please add 9% lodging tax to your total.
